Stoneridge Children’s Montessori School grants
financial aid to students who have been admitted to
the school and have demonstrated need for assistance
in paying the costs associated with a Stoneridge education.
The Financial Aid Program seeks to ensure that once
enrolled, a student need not withdraw for financial
reasons. Financial aid takes the form of tuition reduction
rather than full tuition grants or scholarships. When
a family has demonstrated need for assistance and completes
the application process in a timely manner, financial
aid is available on a limited basis.
Interested families must call the Admission Office
at 978.927.0700, Monday through Friday, to request a
financial aid application packet. The School uses the
services of Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) by Independent School Management (ISM). FAST will provide analysis of a family’s finances
and will help to determine the family’s suggested contribution
for educational expenses. For current families, FAST forms should
be completed and submitted online by December 7. The application is accessed by clicking the FAST button. All applicants for financial aid
are required to submit a copy of their W-2 form and
IRS Form 1040 from the previous year (without schedules) and the current
year’s W-2 form and IRS Form 1040 when available.
This allows the Financial Aid Committee to verify the
family’s information used in completing the SSS
Financial Aid Application and is helpful in helping
the committee interpret reported information.
All applications for assistance are held in the strictest
confidence. Applicants will be informed of their financial
aid award by April 1st. Financial aid awards are not
negotiable. Families receiving financial aid must reapply
for financial assistance each year.
