Pam began her connection with Stoneridge in 2002 when she was hired as a Project Adventure facilitator to lead a session of summer camp at the School. After a year of substitute teaching at the School, she began the following September (2003) as the Toddler House lead teacher. She has joyfully been teaching the toddlers since then.
Following college, Pam served as a VISTA Volunteer in North Carolina. She then started working at one of the La Petite Academies, where her responsibilities grew over time. Initially in charge of the after school program, she next led the four- and five-year old classroom, and finally directed the school for a year. For nine years Pam taught middle school students at Landmark School. She was a teacher, residential supervisor, Director of the Outdoor Program, and Computer Science Department Head.
Pam started working with Project Adventure in 1990 and continues to work with them during her summers. She has delivered direct service days for children and adults as well as custom multi-day train-the-trainer workshops across the nation.
As a mom of two boys and two girls, Pam led Scouts for seven years and taught Church School for eight. She loves gardening, kayaking and spending time outdoors with her husband and family.
